When you are ready to bring The Vinyard Group on to produce meetings with prospective new clients, two things take place:
Agreements We send you two different Agreements. One is our Confidentiality &
Non-Compete Agreement. The other is our Agreement for Business Development Services. Both of these Agreements reflect the terms
that we have agreed upon.
Orientation & Planning Session We send you an outline for this session. It is the way we find out about your agency – and the way we plan together. This session is conducted in two or more conference calls at the beginning of the relationship. In the Planning part of the session, we decide on Targets – exactly who are we going after. And on Prospecting -- how are we going after each company.
